Mobile Press Trucks

Warrnambool Hydraulics design, manufacture and fabricate press trucks for mobile repairs. The mobile truck mounted hydraulic press is commonly used by our customers in the industrial tyre industry. We currently offer the only complete solution to mobile forklift tyre replacement and repair. The 175T rated truck mounted presses offer a unique solution for other mobile repair and service industries.

Warrnambool Hydraulics is committed to engineering solutions to suit each individual customer. We can adapt our press truck designs to suit the customer’s vehicle. Over the years we have produced many different models of the mobile forklift tyre press trucks.

The white models found in the images are the most recent designs. These trucks include touch screen operation. The software measures and exerts precise pressures when required. Allowing us to ensure our presses meet manufacturer requirements for forklift tyre replacement and other repair situations. Additional accessories such as toolboxes, air compressors and other features can be added at customers request to improve on-site productivity and safety.

Press trucks thrive in any application requiring remote or mobile precise pressing force.

The standard presses are capable of operating at safe working loads up to 175 ton.
